The Q-rings have been designed to improve your performance by varying the resistance of the transmission in relation to the strength and weakness of your legs during pedaling. The 5 Optimum Plate Positions (OCP) will allow you to improve your experience by orienting your dishes to the most productive part of your pedaling. With the subtle but efficient 10% oval and compatible with our standard 130BCD cranks, Q-rings work with the biomechanics of your body to achieve maximum efficiency and allow you to go farther, faster and with less fatigue.
