Elite Tour De France Box

The lightest WorldTour bottle celebrates the 100 years of the Yellow Jersey of the Tour de France, the iconic symbol of the most famous trophy in the cycling world. Elite, as official licensee of the Tour de France, created a limited-edition box set with 4 bottles with the official design for the 2019 edition of the Grande Boucle.

Celebrating the myth of the Grande Boucle
The box set contains three FLY bottles (two 550ml and a 750ml) and a new thermal Elite ICE FLY bottle. Each bottle features a unique design that celebrates the myth of the most eagerly awaited cycling event of the year.

The iconic yellow, made brighter for this 2019 edition, dominates the “Jaune” model, while on the other models the world-famous logo created by the French designer Joel Guenoun is at the forefront, highlighted by a spectacular “brush” style, designed to infuse the graphics with a markedly celtic, highly symbolic look. Another significant new element is the black-colored model with golden graphics, which pays homage to the first historic yellow jersey, worn for the first time in 1919 by the French Eugène Christophe.

Elite FLY, the world’s lightest water bottle
The Elite FLY range is widely known as the lightest water bottle line ever created thanks to its 30% weight decrease compared to traditional bottles on the market. This is achieved through their variable thickness squeezing structure – they’ve got a thin middle part and a thick bottom, so there’s less material used at no expense of the resistance or functional qualities of the bottle.

At the same time, the FLY bottles‘ soft body offers a higher liquid flow rate compared to traditional bottles, helping you get liquids in the saddle simply and quickly, such as in a race situation.

ICE FLY, lightness and great thermal capacity
The new Elite insulated water bottles ICE FLY are designed to combine the lightness of Fly models with the extraordinary thermal capacity of the Iceberg model. The result is a product of the highest quality characterized by high thermal efficiency that allows the temperature of cold liquids to be maintained for up to 2.5 hours compared with traditional water bottles.

The reason lies with the isothermal double wall structure the water bottle is made of, equipped with an air gap and PVC coated insulating fabric to ensure truly unique insulation.
